So
why another “on-site tech support company”?
. . . You might say, “they’re enough
already”. But not really . . . recently in
a group of our friends, we all realized that within
that very month, we had each called for tech support,
and . . . we had each been disappointed.
Techs called at our homes and businesses with varying degrees of professionalism, qualifications, attitude, and even hygiene. None of them; however, were at all confused when it came to what their services were worth – whether our computers were working or not when they left – their fees were as varied as their services, and we just got sick of it.
We knew we could do it better. We deserved tech support with a high standard of professionalism and accountability ...and so do you.
We didn't like the companies
that came into our homes or businesses to fix
our computers and tried to sell us a stereo system
or upgrade our system before we were ready.
Each of us bring to this company various and extensive life and professional experiences. In other words . . . we’re not kids. We are business and marketing professionals that have run our own successful companies.
When
our techs are finished, it is our mission to leave
you with an understanding of just what was wrong
and why. Also what your present system is capable
of and perhaps where you could encounter problems
that might slow you down in the future. That’s
so your present issue won’t re-occur and,
you can get right back to doing whatever you want
to do on your computer and we can all sleep at
night.
